A native to the Mediterranean region like many other herbs, Thyme's species come from Europe, Asia and North Africa.

Thyme grown in our farms are harvested after flowering and dried carefully to retain their primary volatile oil - 'Thymol' and the camphor-like aroma. They are cured till they become greenish brown, warm and pungent.

Thyme is a legendary herb, associated with courage and vigour around the world. It has a medicinal reputation and is widely used to flavour soups, salads, sauces, vegetables, pastas and liqueur.
